How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Canada takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Are all your Funko Pops authentic?
Yes! We source all our Funko Pops directly from authorized distributors. Every product is 100% authentic and comes with the official Funko packaging.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened items in original packaging. Opened items can only be returned if defective. Contact us to initiate a return.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We're working on expanding to international shipping in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!
